"We had the most amazing stay. The studio is exactly as described and like the photos show. Judith and Toby made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived and was a lovely touch to have some croissants in the studio. We would highly recommend and will definitely be rebooking."

"Incredible stay in the lovely village of Findon, made all the more wonderful by the incredible hosts Judith and Toby (super hosts in the making). Accommodation is to a very high standard in a secluded position behind the main house. Great location for access to the delightful wedding venue at Cissbury Barns, with easy access to the super friendly full of character local village pubs. Walks along the South Downs are also just a few steps away. Thank you again for making us feel so welcome and being part of such an enjoyable weekend – we shall return!"

"A brand new studio, included everything. Quite place. Nice garden. Judith and Toby are nice and good. They respond very quick and willing to improve everything. They bought a new freezer fright just because we need a freezer. We played board game together. And they recommended the restaurants nearby. Highly recommend. Very comfortable stay, want to extend 3 weeks more."

"Wow! What can I say. I booked the studio as I was attending a wedding at Cissbury Barns. When I booked it Judith was in contact with me and told me how close they were to the venue. Before we arrived we have good communication from Judith which gave us all the information we needed. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed. The accommodation was exactly how it was described, everything we needed was there. We were surprised to see the extra that were provided, we had croissants, butter, jam, milk and also a beer and Prosecco. The extra made the accommodation and stay even more special. We asked for food recommendations for the first night and we were given a couple of different recommendations, which we ended up at the Gun Inn, we were not disappointed with the recommendations. Overall the accommodation was exactly what we needed for the weekend, but what makes it special is the extra and the friendliness of both hosts. We can’t wait to book again.

"We chose to stay in Judith and Tony’s lovely studio as we had a wedding at Findon place. The location was ideal for quick walkable access to the Findon Place, Judith and Tony were very friendly and showed us a shortcut through a little field that got us there in less than 10 minutes! It was so lovely to have little essentials in the studio upon arrival, bread, milk, orange juice, local jam and butter and other bits was a lovely unexpected treat. The room was immaculate and bed comfortable. They also were kind enough to direct us on a good local walking route- there are fab walking routes in the area. Parking was easy and could accommodate our relatively large car. Clear instructions to get in and access the studio were given, and it had a lovely patio area which got the sun in the morning. Judith and Tony have a good relationship with Findon Manor across the road and as a result we received a fab discount off our full ‘Sussex’ breakfasts there. Would highly recommend."

"We booked The Studio as we were attending a wedding at Findon Place, we knew it was close by but we’re delighted to find that the Studio was walking distance from the venue. From the moment we arrived Judith and Toby could not have been more welcoming. the Studio is just like the pictures and the bed is so comfortable. We enjoyed having our breakfast on the patio which is a sun trap. The Studio is very well appointed and there wasn’t anything else we needed. We shall be back if we find ourselves in the surrounding area in the future."

"We had the most amazing, wonderful time at The Studio, we were lucky enough to have 10 weeks with Judith, Toby, the dogs and Muppet the cat whilst waiting for our new house to complete and it could have been very stressful but instead it was relaxing and most of all welcoming and friendly, could not have asked for more! The Studio itself was so lovely and homely, well equipped and also had a lovely spacious outside area. We very much hope to keep in touch with Judith and Toby as we feel they have become friends. Highly recommend staying there short stay or long stay. Thank you so much."

"Judith and Toby are the ultimate hosts. They got in touch well before our stay to confirm final details (directions/ parking etc). When we arrived the studio was a clean, tidy, cosy and well thought out space. They invited us to join them for drinks and were incredibly welcoming, leaving croissants for breakfast with fresh butter and jam. On our departing day, Judith kindly dropped me off at the wedding venue we had been at the previous day where I had left my car so we didn’t need to walk and get it. Overall, cannot recommend highly enough and we look forward to our next visit."

"Another hidden gem on Air Bnb. Quietly situated behind Judith’s home. Lovely and private and quiet. The studio was cosy and warm and comfortable. There are some lovely pubs and a couple of restaurants within a 3 minute walk. Findon has a really well stocked village shop and I can recommend the L&G hairdressers on the street. The village is full of generous friendly people and Judith and her family are very welcoming and helpful. I recommend the Studio, and I’m quite sure we will come back."

The little garden in front of the studio - perfect for having breakfast and dinners in the sunshine. The bed was very comfortable. It was a perfect place for us to stay over Christmas whilst we visited family, the extra touches like cheese, milk, butter, crackers where really appreciated and enjoyed.
